What are you doing to keep the hobby alive?

Somebody told me RPGs were dying so I came to watch it happen and record events for posterity. So far there hasn't been all that much to see.

In all honesty, I'm not doing all that much to keep the hobby alive. I play occasionally (not as often as I would like), I've started doing some gaming with my kids. In the end I know that I have plenty of material that, should the demise of RPGs as an industry actually happen, I could game for the rest of my life. I just wouldn't have any shiny, new toys to do it with.

I DM for a mess of local kids. And since Red Box came out I got them to all go out and buy and try. Its starting to catch on in my little community.

Recently, I've recruited my twin sister into gaming (pathfinder). I was a co-president of an RPG club in high school, and did alot of work teaching people how to play and GM then.
So, I'd say I've done a fair share of work bringing new people into the hobby.
If the game with my sister, her boyfriend, and my best friend goes well, I'll start recruiting for new players to round out the group.
