What are you going to do with d20 Future?

I am interested in the Red Star setting as a possibility. Other than that I might give it a look for replacing the spygate system i use for my stargate game, but i doubt that will happen.

I have been getting the itch for a more traveller-esque game, so thats a possibility too.

Refine the Star*Drive components of my Planescape/Star*Drive campaign. I'm bringing it back-- though I'll be playing without d20 Future at first.

I'm interested in adapting some ideas found in C. S. Friedman's novel This Alien Shore. Humans reached the stars and began to colonize likely planets. Unfortunately, the FLT drive system they used caused genetic effects so that the colonists' descendants mutate into a number of different species.

In horror, Earth cuts off all ties to the colonies and turns inward. One of the colonies regains space travel and discovers a safe method of FLT travel (to which only they have access), and begin to contact the other colony worlds. A kind of confederacy-style government evolves.

Earth is finally contacted, and they end up carrying a huge guilt for abandoning their "children".

Definitely something with the genetech. Probably a mecha game too. Maybe a post-apocalyptic Mad Max type setting too.
