What are you planning for Halloween?

I'm in Labmonkey's old haunt, Rochester NY. Never heard of the Killer Kegger, but then, I don't travel in those circles, since I never drank anything alcoholic.

This Samhain, aside from Circle and handing out hacky-scaks and foam gliders (Thank you Oriental Trading Company catalog... 100 hacky balls with Alien faces, Yin/Yangs, 8-balls, etc on them for 40 bucks, and six dozen foam glider packs for five bucks), I'm ending the campaign that's been going on since 1984. We'll play Eberron instead, it is really much better than my Homebrew.

I wish I'd be doing something game related on Halloween. Instead, I'll spend the first part of the evening, freezing my butt off, going door to door with the kids.

I probably shouldn't compalain though. In a few years I'll be whining about how the kids never want to do anything with me.

Good man, and on November first I will be calling in sick to work because I will spend the night drinking one way or the other.

Yeah, one way or another, that next day is gonna be a hard one. Just imagine if Mike Myers gets called in to pitch for one of those late innings . . . Fenway will go nuts.

Well. I'm hoping that we'll be delivering our twin boys right around Halloween. That is close to their actual due date. With twins it is common for them to come premature and we are right in the pipe as far as the old..."They could come any day now."

I've been married...believe me expecting TWINS is more terrifying.

At the same time it is also very exciting. I can't wait to have two little guys to toddle along with me to the park for our own storytelling and adventures.

If the boys aren't coming then I'll probably get together with my old college buddies for our traditional halloween scream fest game. This year I'm thinking something zombie would be good. I got a big kick out of Shaun of the Dead. That felt like a sit down horror game from start to finish.
