What are you using from the Miniatures Handbook?

diaglo may not admit it, but I had to miss our last session (Mother's Day and my son's 2d birthday) and he ran my half-orc barbarian/fighter/rogue/tactical soldier for me.

Sssshh, don't ruin diaglo's OD&D mystique! :)

The sudden metamagics and swift spell mechanic, which I use as a feat and has been incorporated into the psionics handbook... personally its one of the best new ideas WOTC has had in a while.

I'd like to try a Marshal. I created one to replace another character in a PBeM campaign, but circumstances prevented me from making the switch.

The Revivify spell is likely to become a staple of my regular campaign. As I mentioned in another thread or three, I find raise dead/resurrection/true resurrection to be a 'campaign logic' problem for world building. The Revivify spell does not have that baggage.

Just wondering what stuff people are using from this book.

I'm making use fo the War Hulk prestige class in my current campaign (actually available free at the WotC website). A player is playing the favored soul (now apparently availabe in the Complete Divine).

I havent' looked much at the spells and feats. Is anyone using much from those sections, or any other material?
A couple of spells, several of the monsters (great monsters in that book!), and the War Hulk PrC.

The mad slasher. I love those little guys, and a small pack of them gave my players hell. I've also, a while ago, put War Hulk insectile trolls to very good use.

Demiurge out.
