There are three publishers whose pdfs I tend to buy (or at least take a look at): EN Publishing, Ronin Arts, and Malhavoc Press. I have rarely been disappointed by any of their products, even if I do not directly use the material. And they price their products at a level I feel comfortable with (unlike some publishers, especially on DriveThru).
