I haven't read many of the TOR pastiches, and most of them when I was a teen (my father had a bunch of the early ones). I'll agree that Jordan didn't do Conan too badly. I only have two of them, and Conan the Victorious is actually pretty good. The writing is clearly Jordan though, and not an attempt to ape Howard; it's almost like WoT lite (and yes, Jordan does resolve all the plotlines ).
Conan the Marauder is also a pretty good story. In it, Conan joins the army of a Genghis Khan-wannabe in Hykania. It's definitely one of the best pastiches IMO.
Two more I liked as a kid were Conan the Fearless and Conan the Valorous, but I don't know how my more mature mind would react to them today.
