I would like to see more about Durrover. I think that the background of a war-ravaged country offers a lot of great roleplaying opportunities.

future plans of the SL
I was wondering if any of you know if the books released in the future will follow any chronological path as far as changes to the world or major events...
or how about they release a campaign book with a series of major events that happen in the world, like the Calastian Hegemony attacking the surrounding regions in conquest and the rest stand up to them and in the end the Calastian H. gets defeated and the King and Queen are defeated and/or killed. Then the question of what would life be like without the threat of them be like.
or have an unknown enemy begin to attack the peoples of Ghelspad, perhaps from the third continent or even from beyond that, (Slacerians make a comeback?), and then set up a system (kinda like a Living Ghelspad theme) where we as the players play through some adventures and at the end of a certain time period the aftermath dictated by our adventures will determine the future outlook of the continent/world.
I think that would be cool also.

So far I know of NO book that deals with that. I believe that while they'll advance the Metaplot (a shift in magical might here, a few calamities there), I doubt they'll go the FR route and make for THAT sweeping a change. At least...until there's a 4th edition and they make even BROADER changes.
