Qulln are the tattooed jungle guys with very sharp broadswords right?

They are from the AD&D 1e FF and were written by the moderator Plane Sailing here.

I don't know if they are in the 2e FF or not though or if they showed up in 3e.

In 4E Monster Manual, they are the foulspawn berserker.

In 3E they got converted by Sean K. Reynolds for Living Greyhawk, and also here at the Creature Catalog (Qullan).

Don't know if they ever showed up in 2E, but they can be used pretty much as is from the original 1E source....

In 1E, they are in the Fiend Folio, and are, as mentioned, the creation of our very own Plane Sailing. (Note the original Monster Manual II is still a 1E book.)
