do the Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, Speaker in Dreams, etc... belong to? It just hit me that they don't seem to "belong" to any but perhaps I'm wrong...

PS: My guess would be Greyhawk

Officialy I think anything not labeled otherwise is Greyhawk.

Pretty much that's right. If it is not individually designated from another D&D-related campaign setting, and is typically defined *as* a campaign, it reverts back to the Default Campaign, which is Greyhawk. Another hint is the fact that the names associated with both from the PHB (designates Greyhawk) and those of the campaign are the same (Mialee, Tordek, etc..).

Greyhawk is the default setting, but they are made so they can easily fit anywhere. I easily moved them into my own campaign world.

Yea, you can pretty much slide the campaign into (most) settings you want. Pretty easy to convert a default campaign, such as that of the Greyhawk world, into a FR setting, due to the fact that they are relatively similar. Then again, everything on most the Prime Material Planes have at least something in common :).

I've owned most of them at one time or the other, and they don't seem to be in any game world.

They didn't seem to be native to Greyhawk, either. From what I can remember of Greyhawk, anyway.

Most stuff made for Greyhawk can fit anywhere. That's the good side of having a purposely bland default setting. ;)
