These are incomplete because I don't have the character sheets with me and am going by memory. PCs (and one talking sword) only:

Barbarian
Cleric
Druid
Incarnate
Intelligent Item
Mystic
Psion
Psychic Warrior
Scout
Sorcerer*

* This is because I allowed free gestalt sorcerer at 1st level for kobolds; otherwise I'm sure there'd be wizzies or psions.

In the previous campaign (at or near the end of the campaign). Again, these are all PCs, and only the ones I remember; most of them had PrCs not listed here:

Akashic
Assassin
Barbarian
Blackguard
Druid
Fast Hero
Fighter
Genius
Gun Mage
Knight of the Left Hand
Marshal
Master of Many Forms
Monk
Ninja
Paladin
Rifleman
Rogue
Scout
Shadowbane Inquisitor
Warchief
Warlock
Wilder

The currently active group:

Lizardman figther
Wind elf druid/tender of worlds
High elf figher/wizard/eldritch knight/spellsword
Halfling rogue/wizard/spellfilch
Githzerai spellthief/sky captain
Human ranger

In the game I currently play in (Gestalt): Faen Loresong-Sprite Psion: Kineticist | Rogue, Warforged Fighter | Psion: Shaper (Mine), Deep Dwarf Cleric | Psy-Warrior.

Allowed in my Campaigns:

Archivist (Heroes of Horror)
Artificer (Eberron CS)
Bard (PHB)
Battledancer (DCv1)
Berserker (PHB, lightly modified Barbarian)
Druid (PHB)
Elementalist (Based on PHB's Sorc and CA's Wu Jen...)
Favored Soul (Complete Divine / Mini's Handbook)
Fighter (PHB, lightly modified)
Incarnate (MoI)
Jester (DCv1)
Monk (PHB)
Mountebank (DCv1)
Mystic (Mix of Spirit Shaman and Shaman from OA and Complete Divine, with wholes in the design filled in)
Necromancer (Based on DCv1's Death Master and HoH's Dread Necromancer, with a selection of spells from all class lists, basicly if its Necromantic in flavor or school, they have it. A non-arcane/divine spellcaster... they channel negative energy to fuel thier spells)
Ninja (Based on the Monte Cook's Unfettered, and Rokugan's Ninja... meant to be a light fighter)
Priest (Cloistered Cleric from UA)
Psionicist (XPH's Psion with Psy-warrior powers baked into the 6 disciplines)
Rogue (PHB, very lightly modified... gains extra Special Ability choices)
Sage (DCv1's Savant, renamed)
Scout (CAdv)
Sha'ir (DCv1)
Shinobi (CAdv's Ninja)
Shugenja (Some where between OA and CD's version... not sure yet)
Soulknife (XPH, lightly modified)
Spellthief (CAdv)
Tactician (MHB's Marshal, renamed)
Templar (PHB Cleric, renamed. Aka, crusaders, paladins, holy knights, dark knights, etc)
Totemist (MoI)
Warlock (CA)
Warmage (CA and MHB)
Wilder (XPH, with Psywar powers added to Wilder's list)
Wizard (PHB)

I give every class more skill points and an open selection of skills and I run gestalt exclusively, thus classes like Ranger and Paladin have no real niche anymore. A Cleric | Fighter is much more "paladin" than the PHB's... and a Fighter with wisely selected feats and skills can easily out do the Ranger.

I don't yet have PHB II or Complete Psi yet... so I haven't added in those new base classes yet. But depending on thier merit, I probably will.

Questions?

Between my halfling game and my epic game, the only thing we are missing at present is a paladin.

Also, we have one membered of a homebrewed non-PH class: the elementalist.

For my homebrew I am using all the core classes except Monk, and Hedge Wizards, Assassins, Nobles, Pirates, Mariners, and Explorers from various Mongoose sources. When I finish converting the class to fit the setting I will be adding Pact Magicians to the mix.

For the Iron Kingdoms game I use all the core classes, all the above mentioned Mongoose classes, and all the Iron Kingdoms classes from the setting books. Several Legends & Lairs classes have been used as well, and another conversion of Pact Magic is being sporadically worked on.

The Auld Grump, Scout looks interesting too...

We've got a fighter/barbarian/cleric (who refers to himself as a warpriest, as he has 5 levels of Dwarven Warpriest, a custom PrC), a fighter/cleric/Battlesmith/Hammer of Moradin, and a ranger/fighter/wizard/Runesmith.

And we're absolutely hopeless at finding traps, but our melee power is second to none!

Brad

The campaign I'm the GM of has, besides the core classes I voted for, a Mystic (Monte Cook-created PrC from Dragon magazine), a tattooed monk (from Complete Warrior), and an Arcane Archer. In somebody else's game, I have been playing a Spellsword/Eldritch Knight, but am going to switch over to a ranger/rogue/thief-acrobat.
