What character classes are in your campaign?

Human Cleric of Nerull (player retired him when he began becoming really evil)

You mean he wasn't "really evil" before?

Most popular (60% and above): Cleric, Fighter, Rogue, Wizard and the other category.
Least popular (50% and below): Bard, Druid, Monk, Paladin, Sorcerer.

The top four seem fairly self-explanatory. They are the four most basic, generic classes.
The bottom five represent the most specilized of classes. I can guess, but I wonder what the hang ups are?

All groups need: Cleric, Rogue, Fighter.

Sorceror is a weaker Wizard, making more tend toward playing Wizard.
Paladin is a niche Fighter, so if group is evil/setting doesnt allow, less paladins
Bard is weak, and thus avoided.
Monk is out of flavor for many people, as oriental, in their minds, and thus less play.
Druid...wow, dunno, too many playing Cleric maybe.
