What Character Sheet do you use?

Just looking for a good cross-sample of what kinds of character sheets people use for thier PC's.

Currently we use the Character Record Books by Green Ronin.

I really like those but with the high death reate of characters I recommend not putting your character into one until about third level or so

i'm currently using a photo-copy of the PHB character sheet, but that's only because i happen to have one available.

usually, i'm perfectly fine with just scratching some notes on a piece of notebook paper.

I try as hard as I can to use my (poorly) patched version of Steve Mulhern's Excel sheet.

Esily the best chargen speadsheet I've ever used...but sadly it's become abandonware.

If I can't use Steve's (and each new supplement makes it that much more obsolete), I just fire up Notepad.

I have made many MANY character sheets and finally found one I liked.

It has the RP info in the top left, a portrait in the top right, detailed (very detailed) stats in the middle, special abilities at just above the bottom including spells, and attacks at the very bottom. A second sheet shows all equipment, property, followers, mounts, familiars, etc. and all of their locations.

It has the benefits of being taylorable to your PC by simply editing the lower boxes to fit spells, skills, or abilities as desired and can be printed blank or filled out electronically.

I actually don't have a general one anymore as I just modify existing ones (since they have all the special stuff for each specific race or class) but could send you copies of the PC's/NPC's I have made. They are all in Microsoft publisher format and consequently I cannot post them here. Email me if you would like a sample (and specify for which class).

I just use Microsoft Word to come up with a sheet I like - they're individual for each character. Nothing as formal as the WotC ones; just a list of my abilities.

It's a step up from notepaper because I can read what my stats are.
