Let's see
Erwin, elf cleric 7 (of a elvish war deity ), who sacrified hinself for saiving the group.

Zoltar the combat mage ( elf fighter 2/ evoker 11/ war wizard of Vorney (cormyr) 5) this one kicks butt, beats the fighter in melee if prepared.

and

Sarvok, human rogue 5/ fighter 4, dwarf hater, kiled in batle with a dwarf cleric ( by a friend fired fire ball)

Corin human cleric 14 of Verna (The earth mother), killed in a suicidal attack to some undeads and

Rygar human cleric 3 ( of verna) / wizard 3 / geomancer 8, curently alive (and kicking some but too geomancer rules).

Just NPCs, baby, just NPCs.

Lots of those, though. Many of them were hobgoblins named "About To Die", but there were a bunch of twig-blights named "Mulch". Heh.

Of course, as it turned out, there was -one- hobgoblin whose name was "Survivor", and then the party members had to all change their names to "Stew Meat".

I've been DMing for most of my carreer, but, here we go.

Halfling Transmuter 16 (This campaign was just bad, I felt useless, and quiet)
Blight - Half-fiend Cleric 8 of Nurell (Same as Above).
Rechan - Kobold Wiz2 (I enjoyed this solo campaign, but the DM had to stop due to work issues).

Here we go...

** Gnome Cleric 3/Illusionist 2 -- He's a devotee of Boccob, and loves learning about magic in all its forms, perhaps on the path to becoming a Geomancer.

** I have two back-up PC's ready if the gnome buys the farm, since our group is just commencing RttToEE: a female human cleric of St. Cuthbert and a halfling Barbarian 2/Cleric of Kord 3. They're both clerics since the party can ill afford to use healers when facing the Temple ;).

** A half-dragon Paladin 8/Knight of the Scale 1 -- Our party had just dispensed a young green dragon when Dragon #296 came out with the new wyrm related PrC's...it just fit perfectly.

** My other characters were NPC's since I DM'ed for our group during the first 8-10 months of our time playing 3E. Those NPC's included a human female monk; a human female ranger; a dwarven bard (seriously); an elven druid.
