D&D 5E What class levels have you given monsters in encounters, to give them that extra edge?

In 5E?

None--I don't give creatures "class levels". Of course, some stat blocks say "such and such is an X level spellcaster", and others give certain creatures class-like or class features, but that isn't the same thing really.

Like many here, I don't usually do 'class levels' on monsters/NPCs; leave that insanity back in 3.x/pathfinder 1e. There can be the rare exception for a special case though.
