What classes grant the Death Attack special ability?

My favorite character was killed due to a misadjudicated version of Death Attack, when I called the DM on it, he house ruled that all death attacks were more powerful... So, petty person that I am, I decided to make sure that my next character in that campaign has that Special Ability... [because, the way it's ruled, I can walk up to an enemy, say "I am an enemy, and I will death attack you now" (no studying, concealment, or misdirection required) and make them roll their Fort save]...

So the question is this: What classes and PrC get Death Attack (other than Assassin).

(Full Disclosure: I'm just trying to get a rollback of the House Rule out of this, so that my party can take out the offending Assassin and avenge my character's death. I'm not trying to argue my character back to life. I'm petty, not childish.)

I hate to even take the "you should not do this" parental tone, but really you should keep in mind that if your DM is houseruling things in his favor, then when you try to do a death attack with your next character he is just as likely to say "nope, that doesn't work." Basically I'm not sure you will accomplish what you want by doing this.

That said, here are the classes I can think of off the top of my head...
  • Assassin (although you already said that)
  • Telflammar Shadowlord (UE)
  • Stonedeath assassin (RoS)
  • Strifeleader (F+P, my favorite)
  • Black Falme Zealot (CD)
  • Dark Hunter (CW)
  • Darkwood stalker (CW)
  • Reaping Mauler (CW, kinda like a DA)

Thats all I can think of at the moment. Keep in mind that a lot of these classes don't get the DA until later levels.

If you let me know what level character you will be making, I could help with a build.
