I'm most looking forward to the Player's Handbook and the Dragonlance setting. I also put down The Complete Warrior, though I don't know enough about it yet to be sure I'll buy it, and the Unapproachable East (my favorite part of the Realms, but I'm not currently playing or GMing in the Realms, so it has limited utility).

The Core Books, Book of Exalted Deeds (if its anything like the BoVD, then I'll be MORE than happy), and the Underdark book.

I marked the three core books.

The gift pack would be a sure-sell to me, since I'm getting all three core books anyway, but it's coming out 3-4 months after the books are released. Thus, I'll already have all three before the gift pack comes out and will probably never buy the pack.

Obviously the Core books are the frontrunners. However, of the remaining twelve, Dragonlance is currently ranked fourth, and only five votes behind the BoED. Glad to see there's still a respectable amount of interest in the setting. I think it will only grow when the new sourcebooks are released.

Core books, Exalted Deeds, Dragonomicon, FR books, and the Mini's book, and Complete Warrior. I might delay getting the Core books in favour of the Gift Set, but the packaging on it would have to really blow me over to keep me waiting several more months to get it.

Out of that list, nothing is really a must have, IMO. Oh, I'm sure I'll buy the revised core books (maybe not the day they're released) but the rest of that doesn't really get me all that excited.

What's this about a Draconomicon? A new one, have I missed something? I hope so! Yay!

Jens, here's the info on the Draconomicon (posted on the news page several days ago.)

Draconomicon: The Book of Dragons - November - 288 pgs * HC * 39.95 * 176680000 - Written by Andy Collins, James Wyatt, Skip Williams -- An art-filled sourcebook for all things draconic in the D&D world. This title takes a comprehensive look at the dragons of the D&D world from a variety of perspectives. It includes information on playing dragons and dragon-like creatures, how to run a dragon in a fight, and how to both fight dragons and work with them as allies. There are statistics on dragons of every type and at every age category, in addition to examples of lairs, hoards, and dragon minions. There are new rules, feats, spells, prestige classes, magic items, and other materials associated specifically with interaction with dragons. The book itself will be designed in a prestige format, with heavy use of art throughout and constructed of premium materials. This book is intended to provide the basis for every dragon played in D&D from this point forward, making it an essential tool for both DM and player.
