Classic Dining at the local Dwarven Inn
Well if you are going to get into specifics, such as individual entree's that are favorites and such, I would pattern them closely after german food. Very heavy cuisinne that involves cooking with lots of mustard, vinegar, and Beer. Most specially beer! It seems a common theme with lots of games that Dwarves really enjoy their brews. I'd wager that each dwarven clan or tribe have a list of brews unique to themselves, family recipes and such. Granted one doesn't grow hoppes and such underground, but I'm sure Dwarves would find a way, or trade for the crops.
Besides beer, they might also be into varies brandies and such.
An example of a dwarven meal might be
Morian Cream Pilsner w/ Rothe blood sausages and Sourkrout (who says that Dwarves didn't invent sourkrout?!?) as an appetizer.
Followed by Rothe Rump slow roasted in a steam bath of Gosur Dark Stout, with roasted mushrooms and assortment of local fungi thats been pickled. Served with a glass of Konus Amber Ale.
Desert would be sweet yams with a glass of Rummnahiem Rasberry Lambic (a desert beer).
mmmm makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
