Loved it. I'm very happy with both Libris Mortis and the Draconomicon, as a DM. Lots of things to use and tweak.

I think the content in Draconomicon was of a bit higher quality for the most part (though not without its own foibles; I could seriously do without all the endless pages of example dragons, personally) I find that LM sees much more frequent use. Dragons are a relativly rare encounter, whereas undead are pretty much staple. I feel that LM is a worthwhile purchase for a DM to make.

Oddly enough, I found the draconomicon very helpful in creating dungeons and ideas for alternate treasure not found in the DMG.

Unlike Doug, I think LM is more than adequate but there's certainly room for improvement. Overall I'd say it's well worth the money but only if you need a lot more undeadness and/or improved undeadness.

*still thinks the art for Orcus' holy symbol is completely fubared*

I loved it, I particularly liek the creepy cyst spells, they are just facinating. (My next character is going to be a necromancer just for those spells.)

Love it. Totally worth the buy. I like the idea of undead prestige classes and roleplaying undead as PCs and NPCs. Wight Assassins rock!

It's not the best book ever, but I liked it. It's got mummy and shadow templates, which is nice. I hate how they sometimes say "these dudes are occasionally created/summoned/what-have-you by powerful spellcasters" and then don't have any way to create them. Mummified creatures spring to mind; I know there were some others but don't remember. Oh wait...phthisics are one. There's gotta be more, though...

A good book (option 2), not the best, with some editing problems, and some stupid creatures. I fully believe that it would've been much better if it were the size of Frostburn (or even bigger) and with a lot more editing.

As it is, it's pretty good, not as good as the Draconomicon in my eyes, though.
