Eye of Gruumsh and the Bloodrager sound very fun. I can see epic fights with PCs taking down dozens of minions, then trying to reach the Gruumsh while the Bloodrager just refuses to die.

(Yes, this was possible with 3.5, but don't diminish my fun now)

Can be used in a lot of games, and fulfill many (maybe even all!) the promises made about 4E monsters.
