The first one. A stirge is likely similar to a chicken, albeit a well-fed chicken. And I like chicken w/ wine.

Titan surprise... no... just sounds like a 70s porno. :D

I'd go with the stirge as well, though I don't imagine any of those would be very good. Black dragons eat rotting meat; it if was another kind of dragon, I'd go with that. I can't imagine a scavenger-type with that much acid in its system would even be edible, let alone tasty.

Calamari and liver are both nasty, regardless of what it's from. Titan Surprise is both too vague, and too close to cannibalism. They might be huge, but they're still essentially huge PEOPLE.

Definately no. Not just a predator, but effectively a big mosquito. Eurch.
2). Charred Cajun Black Dragon
Reptile isn't the nicest meat available
3). Kraken calamari with Morkoth Caviar
Sounds great!
4). Titan Suprise!
Too close to cannibilism. Mind you, most of the dishes require you to eat a sentient creature.

This one's the second best. The taste of liver doesn't really depend on what the critter eats, and a griffon's liver is likely to be similar to a bird's or a mammals, either of which are edible.

I prefer cockatrice breasts stuffed with myconid and shallot puree with a side of tossed shambling mound and mache salad.

I hear the owlbearveal marsala's pretty good too. :D
