What happened?

(OOC: Hmm, I'm not sure how they were set up, so I could be totally wrong, but wouldn't Stulgar get an AoO for the one he was threatening in melee with his axe?

Also, and more importantly since this will be more attacks, shouldn't the others get an AoO when the Stirge attacks because the Stirge is size Tiny and must enter their square?)

OOC: youre right, seat will not get one because he has no weapon drawn. everyone else gets an AoO except siobhan and seat and seat go ahead and use that action point.action point (1d6=5) ok

Seat after struggling digs down deep and forces the mosquitoes off in a display of incredible perseverance.

(OOC: Okey dokey. By the way, let me know if you'd rather I keep quiet on these rules things rather than speak up. I do it by default in a Living World because we're theoretically supposed to keep fairly standard with the basic rules, but if you make an unusual decision for a reason, you can just tell me to pipe down ;))

OOC: I chose to ignore it because i forgot stirges were tiny. Unfortunately rolling dice takes good bit of time. well sometime this week this attack action of mine should end...

OOC: It looks like we won initiative. Raven would like to use her combat expertise to boost her defenses against these monstrosities. This would give her an AC of 20 & a touch AC of 16 (she does count her sheild for that, doesn't she?) This gives her an attack of +3 1d8+2. Her grapple check is +4.

Rolls
AoO: to hit 5; dmg - irrelevant
grapple 1: 13+4=17
grapple 2: 19+4=23
grapple 3: 3+4=7

ok Raven, i will keep that in mind

Raven in rapid succesion pulls off one stirge and then another, but finally the final stirge attaches itself.

Latharion managesto dodge one stirge altogether, and fights off the other two.

Siobhan and stulgar wonder if they are maybe wearing bug repellant
