(OOC: Sweet! Congrats, Manz--I keep forgetting how far Raven is above everyone else, even before the XP; Siobhan and Stulgar aren't even close to a level up.

Just a random question for Mog though on procedure. I guess, I'm not sure how most people do it, and I certainly don't mind so far, but since you mention that there are many traps to come, I did notice that you gave XP for the last trap only to the Rogue who circumvented the trap, rather than split amongst the whole group. I'm just wondering--is that going to be standard operating procedure? Would that mean that, frex, someone with Diplomacy who talked down enemies instead of fighting would get all the XP for that and/or same thing with Druid Wild Empathy on animals? I guess I'm used to dividing encounter XP equally, including traps, etc. Either way is fine, I guess (and with one trap so far, it is certainly no big deal yet), I'm just curious.)

(OOC:For that particular trap I felt it warranted manz getting sole exp simply because manz went out of his way and found it with no prompting which I felt was very good play on his part. In this situation since you all know its coming I am more inclined to spread the wealth so to speak. I am unsure of how much latitude i actually have in this area but that is always how I have ruled things in my home games. Although thank you for reminding me, your group did circumvent the possible encounter with the orcs and While I am tempted to give it all to you, I think I will spread amongst the group with you getting the main share, since your knowledge of the gatekeepers in the area was predicated on something someone else did. If you think thats unfair let me know and ill spread the XP. So in short, it is not the status quo I just like rewarding players taking initiative.

As for manz I would say that the level hasnt occured yet,Simply due to the fact that I see leveling up as a process that must be completed with some form of training or at least reflection that there has not been time for. So you are ready to absorb more but have not yet had time to achieve at that higher level. If that makes any sense

Solange, You have 15 sling bullets and sure we will assume you picked up a sling
and it is not far at all as you are almost there.

There still seems to be some confusion regarding who is going in first or together or at all. I think my XP clarification may help that a bit. Let mek now what it is you are doing exactly.

OOC: Nope, not masterwork. They are +1 damage for being bludgeoning weapons though.

OOC: actually solange they are +1 Aberration bane so as byeshk +1 weapons they are +1 to hit,+2 to damage, and +2d6 against aberrations...enjoy
Also, who is approaching and how? Whoever is doing such I need Hide,Move Silently and Search checks from.

(OOC: Aberration bane +1? That actually means +3 to hit, +3 + 2d6 damage against aberrations from the enchantment alone. If bludgeoning byeshk gives another +1, that makes +3 to hit, +4 + 2d6 damage. Holy smokes! Lily is a Wilder, so she probably has psionic powers that will work better than that, but Siobhan usually actually fights with her sling thanks to her 18 Dex, but 1d4-1 damage is no fun, so those would be awesome for her!)
