Allow me to say, for women everywhere, though I'm really happy that I didn't put that costume on... I'm even happier that I didn't take that costume OFF.

*cringe* OUCH!!
Oh, it's just hospital tape. Take a shower and it just falls off.

Now, last year when she did the duct tape. That's worth an ouch.

Really?

He was very personable with the wife and me. She even forgot to be shy around him. :) Gil did look a bit bored at times.

He did seem genuinely friendly...in fact, it was hard to walk within 10' of his spot without being beckoned over for a handshake (happened to me twice, once while perusing the booths alone and again when walking through the area with my wife - pretty cool, more so for my wife...although she promptly purchased an autographed picture of Buck Rogers and not the Beastmaster).

The wife and I also had the opportunity to ride up the elevator of the Marriott with a less than sober David Carradine (also a memorable experience - he and his associate were having fun joking about the associate's missing finger).

Overall...a good GenCon...

Hey, that's masking tape, not Scotch tape.

Scotch tape is transparent.

And here I got all excited...

It could have been Scotch tape. Scotch is a brand, and they make Transparent Tape, Masking Tape, Painter's Blue Tape, etc.

So...I win! :)

Yes... that's, ummmmm... exactly what I was thinking when I originally posted it.

Yes. Indeed.

This seals it. I'm GOING to GenCon next year! I don't care if I have to take out a second mortgage on my house!

If only I'd gotten the name of the handsome chap in the black leather kilt with biker boots. yummmmm

I'm sorry...tape girl, no matter what kind it was, was unimaginative and poorly taped. I much prefered the gal working for Clyde...the one in chain mail and a cape.

the same girls caution tape costume in gencon 2002 was better :o

Caution Tape Girl and Duct Tape Girl are not the same girl.

Caution Tape Girl was there again this year in her Caution Tape costume. Duct Tape Girl was there in the Medical Tape costume.
