Fortunately people begins to realize there's something really wrong in the sky above, and the Falcon has a moment to assess the situation... or not, since he barely dodges another lightning bolt and... an oar? Just above his head there's a dragonship, and it looks like there's a battle going on. Faster than any man could be, he sneaks a picture with his camera, then he looks for the tallest building around. The crimson bird in his chest seems to open his wings and screech as Sam gathers his strength... and darts away at full speed, the wind whistling wildly behind, he runs up the wall of the building as if it was plain, and once at the top he takes a powerful jump, his finely tuned senses of distance guiding him surely to the stern of the ship.

OOC: Sorry if I'm late to the party, I've been awfully busy. And sorry for the T.H.I.N.G. too, I couldn't find it anywhere.

Ben saw the odd conglomeration of people start to take on the Vikings. "Ha! Looks like ol Blue Eyed Benjy aint flyin' solo! As my old warbuddy used to say Waaaahoooo!!!" He started to concentrate as he did his consiousness started to...merge with the THInG car. It started to become an extension of his own body. "Time to lay on the juice!" he yelled as the car suddenly accelerated. A lesser man would've broken his neck from the whiplash. But Ben barely felt the G-Forces as split the sound barrier.

Round 1 - Versus the Vikings!

OOC: Initiative: Falcon (38), Agent Gamma (24), Redline (18), Thor (15), Valkyries (14), Mind-Twist (7), Stronghold (6), Vikings (3)

Faster than any man could be, while the crimson bird in his chest seems to open his wings and screech, the Falcon gathers his strength and darts away at full speed. The wind whistling wildly behind, he runs up the wall of the building as if it was plain, and once at the top he takes a powerful jump, his finely tuned senses of distance guiding him surely to the stern of the ship near Stronghold and Agent Gamma.

Speaking of whom, the Jade Giant lunges forward into the midst of the Viking warriors. He wallops one of the warriors with a helmet-denting backhand. As the warrior starts to spin away from the impact, Agent Gamma grabs him by the arm and swings him in a sweeping arc. Seven more Vikings go flying, five of them overboard, plunging to the street below. The other two sprawl toward the bow, bowling over several other warriors. The ship lists dangerously starboard.

Nearby, Redline becomes as one with THInG. The flying car rockets forward, roaring over the dragonship, spiraling with such speed that it seems as if Redline's spine and neck ought to crack under the pressure.

The huge, red-haired warrior looks from THInG to Agent Gamma.

"By Od's Blood! Doth this world hath a foe worthy of mine hammer?"

Thor whirls his awkward hammer about and then aims it at Agent Gamma. Lightning crackles from the hammer and into Agent Gamma's head and chest! (OOC: Agent Gamma, please make a Damage save against DC 31 and let me know the result. I'll narrate the results in the next post.)

Hovering not too far away from the listing dragonship, Mind-Twist readies himself as one of the Valkyries charges him. The effects of his confusing attack still wreak havoc through a section of the Valkyries' ranks, but this one seems unaffected. As she swoops in for the attack, spear lowering in a classic jousting hold, the Valkyrie cries out savagely, incoherently. Unfortunately for her, Mind-Twist handily evades her charge, spinning through the air out of harm's way!

The other Valkyries ignore the would-be heroes and concentrate on harvesting the souls of the storm-struck.

OOC: You're up, Mind-Twist and Stronghold. There are about a dozen Vikings left on the dragonship, not counting Thor. There are more Valkyries swarming over the city than you can shake a stick at.

Stonghold moves up to stand with Agent Gamma, and punches the nearest Viking she can get her hands on. She then calls out to the oaf with the hammer

"Hey big guy, test me out, see what a true warrior woman can do!"

Seeing the boat, Peter doesn't need much to make the link. When the captain fall, the troop retreat. He deide to use the viking against themselves and throw another confusion on all people on the boat that look like a viking (including Thor) after having move toward it a bit to have a better sight of whom is on it.

[sblock=OOC] You can use Bluff to Feint catching an opponent Flat-footed. Or you can use Intimidate to Demoralize making an opponent -2 on rolls. Taunt is a Feat that allows you to Demoralize using Bluff. To do an interaction skill like this as a Move action you suffer a -5 penalty[/sblock]

End of Round 1 - Versus the Vikings!

The blast of lightning staggers Agent Gamma, knocking him prone and sliding him backward across the deck. Green flesh cooks. The Jade Giant growls in pain, clenching his teeth against the pain and injury.

Mind-Twist flies away from the Valkyrie who charged him and focus his awesome psychic powers against the crew of the dragonship. The remaining Vikings on deck succumb the psionic turmoil. Two turn on each other. One leaps overboard in terror. The others stand slack-jawed. Thor appears unaffected.

Stonghold moves up to stand with Agent Gamma, and punches the nearest Viking she can get her hands on. The Viking's head snaps around under the force of the punch. He spins backward, hits the port rail, and flips overboard. Stronghold then calls out to the Thor.

"Hey big guy, test me out, see what a true warrior woman can do!"

"Bah, woman! Ye shall prove no more match for Thor than yon fallen giant!"

OOC: Initiative: Falcon (38), Agent Gamma (24), Redline (18), Thor (15), Valkyries (14), Mind-Twist (7), Stronghold (6).

Injuries: The Viking crew is effectively out of the fight. Only one Valkyrie remains engaged. Thor is uninjured and looks like he's going after Stronghold next. Agent Gamma is prone (due to knockback) and staggered, but is not stunned.

Next Up: Round 2 opens with the Falcon, Agent Gamma, and Redline!

Agent Gamma takes a defensive posture and looks to sneak in a blow when the norse god is otherwise occupied.
