What info would make a Dungeon Mag Database useful?

First Post
Someone suggested to me to do a 3E Dungeon Adventures database, and so I got round to it and did it. The text is (mostly) taken from the WotC website, and it's cryptic enough not to give away anything. What other info should I put in to make it useful?

The prototype is at

I'll probably throw in some of those free adventures from the WotC website in a bit...

Yes, it's 3E only right now. I can't deal with the madness of having ALL the Dungeon Adventures in unless there are some brave volunteers... ;)

Seems very handy, but one recomendation. You might change the arrange by author function so it organizes them by last name, rather than first.

I had thought about that, but some modules have multiple authors, so I just thought it would be easier to just go with first names.

As a suggestion; campaign props needed to run the adventure.

For instance, one might need a two rival noble houses in a city...another might need a glacier and a wintery north of snow and mountains....another a halfling community and a nearby forest full of spider monsters.

This sort of thing is subjective (as in what's an important enough "prop" needed by the adventure be worth mentioning), but is useful information when deciding what could be used with the least tinkering.

I'd like to see entries for setting - both campaign world (if one is specified) and more generic setting (city, wilderness, monastery, outer planes)

Also of interest would be a 'genre' of adventure - is it a mystery, a dungeon crawl, etc.

A 'keyword' system would be ideal if you were going to make it searchable - you could include major opponents & themes of the adventure. Then someone could say "I want to see all the adventures that include giants" or "I want to see all the adventures that have a thieves' guild in them" and there you go.

A page count of each adventure would be very handy. Even something along the lines of 'short, medium, long/epic' would be very helpful.

Also, I don't know if this just a problem with my computer but the font size on that page seemed very small to me (like around 6-7 size). Anyway to increase that? Or is it just a problem at my end?

ANyway - thanks for the lsiting, even though I have all of those issues, indexes are extremely useful!

I had a database of Dungeon from around issue 25 through around issue 70-something. Unfortunately as I went back to look at the file I realized that it was maybe three computers ago that I had this file. I still have the file but I no longer have Microsoft Works. :( If you happen to have Works I could send you what I have.

Reviews of the adventures - or longer synopses - would be very helpful. The Dungeon site has a few of them but not all of them.

In particular, if anyone's got words about Issue #84 (The Harrowing & Dying of the Light in particular) I'd love to hear them - is it worth tracking down & getting?

I agree with everything drnuncheon says (in this post, not in general - who knows what he might get me to agree to...). All of these options would be very useful.
Any chance you're going to do the same thing with Dragon? *grin* I'd be willing to help...
