What is going on in OSRIC?

Well I did OSRIC Unearthed a couple of years ago.

Just recently, I decided to get back into OSRIC, with World of Arkara: Gazetteer of the Known World, a campaign setting.

That's an overview of the gods, world, customs, social classes, criminal system etc.

I've also just written a sourcebook about the Canterbury Isles portion of the setting, which will give more information on that part of the world, including a detailed city map.

Once that gets printed, I'm going to begin work on an adventure set in the Canterbury Isles.

So for me, OSRIC is something I'm going to be investing a great deal of time in, both as writer and a GM, in the coming months.

Thanks for the information

I maybe starting a 1e campaign if people go for it. Everyone is a long time gamer so many of the classic old modules they know and have either run or played through. So, I'm trying to find out what else is out there so I can use some new modules for 1e that they don't know about. None of them really have an on line presence so it is possible thery know nothing of OSRIC. If that is the case I'm curious if they will realize that these are new modules.

I've got the Classic Dungeon Designer's series of free netbooks for 1e AD&D, completely compatible with OSRIC. You can download all of them (and a number of other free resources) from my website.

Hey Crothian, you going to Con on the Cob in October? If so bring your buddies and I am sure we can do an old school game or two over the weekend. I'll hopefully get some other gaming in too, like Aces and Eights, C&C, Traveller, and hopefully one or two others. Its a Thursday through Sunday Con.
