I voted "broken" people use that word way to much...and way to self-assuredly...around here.
Ranger would be my second vote. Although I dont really think of class names as game terms.
For me, it's eldritch. Eldritch runes, eldritch power, eldritch eldritch eldritch. It's not some sort of word that should be used every few fricking pages! It should be some rare synonym, not a normally occuring word in it's own right. Sheesh.
Nevertheless, I still like Monte. Just not that word.
Not a single person has mentioned the biggest offender? Stacking! Does this stack? That doesn't stack. These two stack, but that one doesn't stack with all but these.... weeee.
Any "food" term related to any aspect of rpgs. Crunchy, meaty, gritty. Well okay maybe not gritty. But the next review I read for a book that uses crunchy or meaty and I'm boycotting the book! Or the reviewer... 'cause the book might still be cool...
Of your list, I picked broken. But if you'd put crunchy up there, I'd have picked that one in a heartbeat. I hate that word. Even in relation to granola, nowadays. I can't even stand to hear it anymore.
