What is the oldest self-produced RPG material you still have?

I have my first dungeon map from when I was in 7th grade, back in 1986 (12 years old at the time). Scarily enough - it's still in use! I've kept everything from back then, neatly filed away in folders.

Hmm. Its not strictly RPG, but I found an old dungeon I wrote up for Heroquest, probably from my early teens...I'd say dating from about 1991. Not too old.

I found an elf character sheet from a campaign I played in around 1981. That's right his class and race were just elf. Gotta love basic D&D.

My main conclusion in looking at it was that, sadly, my handwriting apparently hasn't gotten any better since I was 12 :)

NRG

Despite my best attempts to destroy any and all traces of it, there are still a few remnant pages of an old RPG system I tried to write up... Back in... 1994 or 1995, I think. I was awfully young at the time, and didn't have a very good grasp of mathematics. Still don't, actually. In addition, the setting that went with it was just... Gaah.

*Runs to find and burn the rest of the character sheets.*

I have a binder full of adventure notes, maps, NPCs and such from a campaign a friend of mine and I ran from 1984 until 1992. We ran the campaign together, DMing side by side behind the screens, for all those years. The best part of the campaign notes are the scribbled mid-game notes from one of us to the other:

"I need an NPC -- a thief!"

"What level?"

"9-10. Make him MEAN!"

That would be the third level you were supposed to create for the beginner adventure in the D&D 4th ed basic "red" box. 1986.

i have all the characters my players and i ever created from about 1979 to present.

plus all of the adventures, notes, maps, illustrations, etc...

G'day

The oldest material of my own that I still have is a folder-full of background material for a setting that I designed in 1983, and first ran as a The Fantasy Trip campaign in 1984.

I was digging around last night and came across the first 2 dungeons I ever drew up. They date from the autumn of 1981 when me and my buddies started with the Moldvay-edited Basic set in 7th grade. I also have my first character!

I got to thinking that many of the rest of you are probably packrats like myself. So, how old is the oldest self-created RPG material you stil have around?

Some Aftermatch stuff I did in 10th grade, around 1981-1982.

Somewhere I still have maps and a partial map description of my first adventure I ever did- Castle of Amburst the Mad. That dates back to 1994 or 95.

Seems like a long time ago but I guess it's not compared to most of the entrees I see here.
