What is the price for Clothborn armor from Relics and Rituals

There is no price for any of those items. Only a 11th caster level.

I'm told there is web enchancement but haven't been able to find it.

Any help is appreciated.

Here's another Clothborn question - what is the difference between clothborn armor and padded armor +X? (Other than being much cheaper...)

Clothborn is magical armor that has all the qualties of padded armor, EXCEPT for the AC bonus. So Clothborn Full Plate grants 30 movement and 5% spell failure.

But one can never add magical bonuses on the the armor.

And the functional difference between clothborn chain and +4 padded armor is? None. (Except that the rather broken clothborn is cheaper.) Banned from my game for this reason.
