What is up with Green Ronin's sites (GR and M&M)

Chris, Nicole, or Evan are you guys doing site maintenance? I had problems accessing the GR and M&M sites last night and, after successfully accessing the websites this morning, I am having problems again at about 2:30pm PST.

Thanks.

I can get in right now, so I don't know if it's an intermittent thing or something to do with your 'net connection (or more MyDoom fun, or something).

As for the GR folk, they said they'd be gone to ComicCon through today. So they're probably en route from San Diego to Seattle.

Its definitely been intermittant for me. Ten minutes after I posted here about the problem, I got on to the M&M boards. However, later in the day, I could not get on again for a couple of hours.

I run into timeout problems at GR's site at least twice a week, even while running on the sweet connection at work and not having a similar problem at other, more resource intensive sites. Is that the sort of problem you've been having? Trying to load up a page and it just hangs there?

It takes me a long time to load the page, after which I see this at the top of the site:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unrecoverable error. This is usually caused by a faulty, or improperly installed CGI script or .htaccess file. Customers may wish to visit the developer's corner in their control panel for further information or troubleshooting assistance.
The rest of the page seems to show OK, though.

[Edit - forums not working, though.]

Oops! Didn't see this until just now.

I find this topic...disturbing...

I rarely have trouble getting into our sites, so I'm a little dismayed that some people seem to have difficulty regularly. I'm hoping to be able to take some steps to shift around some bandwidth and reduce the load on the Web servers, while streamlining some database queries. Hopefully all this will improve your experience on our sites.

Morrus, which site were you on when you received the Internal Server Error? Remember what part of the site you were in at the time, perchance?

Thanks!
-Evan
