What is your favorite race-specific prestige class?

I like the runesmith from Races of Stone. It's a very interesting and flavourful approach to the idea of an armoured wizard - an archetype which is most appropriate to the dwarven race, I think.

It's a halfling chef whose focus is in foods. Feel free to take a look; it's in the prestige classes doc on my Yahoo group (Cydra).

Edit: you get full advancement of divine spellcasting and a bunch of food-related healing abilities. Their 10th level power is lots of fun:

Of course, Illithid Savant could just eat a Halfling Chef(who would likely be very tastey) and gain that incredible power. :D
