What is your most trivial house rule?

Just curious.. What is the most insignificant mechanical house rule in your campaign?

Mine is "The Cateloblepas is a Magical Beast not an Abberation" thats the only change --

The only times this could come up is if someone had Favored Enemy or tried to use the Curelean (sp?) sign -- called the Azure sign IMC

Well "Wall of Iron & Wall of Stone are Permanent not Instantaneous effects" hasn't come up yet, but is architecturally very important...

"If you want to cast a summoning spell, you are required to provide pre-printed stats." None of this running critters out of the MM for my players! :D

I use that one, too.

But I'll throw out the simple "No multiclassing XP penalties" rule that I've always used. Its never caused any problems at all. :)

See, now that is not "trivial" !

Tough one. I don;t know, but a funny one is that we use a 30-second sand timer for any player that has been taking too long to explain his combat actions...
