What is your most trivial house rule?

Each new level from a spell casting class with access to summon nature's ally or summon monster grants a character a number of pact points equal to class level. Pact points can be used to add a specific beastie to your creatures available for summons. A beastie costs a number of pact points equal to the level of the spell that summons one of such a creature. Didn't get used very much even with a caster heavy party.

Manyshot costs 1 finger per arrow after the first.
Just for clarification:

Is this a case of "you can't manyshot fifteen arrows if you've only got one hand." or is it closer to "you're not using this feat more that ten times. Nine if you're Frodo."?

-1 XP every time you mispronounce DROW, SCIMITAR, CHIMERA or GYGAX at the game table.

-1 XP every time you call a THIEF a ROGUE or a TWO-HANDED WEAPON a GREAT WEAPON.

I think those two pretty much tie for most trivial. :D
