1. I live in Germany, in Saarland, to be precise
2. The day-to-day language is Saarländisch, of course. It's basically German, but it's one of the stronger dialects, and funnily sounds like English quite often. (Still, it's not as deviated as bavarian). Standard language is German, of course (the dialects are only used when people talk, and usually not written down)
3. My mother tongue is, of course, Saarländisch. I saw German always as my first foreign language ;-). I also speak English
4. Saarländisch and German are (near-) perfect, of course, and my English is quite good, too, I'd say (it's enough to watch movies and read novels, and of course chat and post in forums)
5. We use Saarländisch/German at the tables. In online games, I use English, unless It's a German server and everyone else is speaking German, too.
6. I buy my D&D stuff (including Games like NWN) exclusively in English. That's mainly because the German translation of D&D material is really bad)
7. The next real shop is about 40 KM away. They have the usual stuff, but it takes some time until they got the new stuff (luckily, amazon.de got the stuff real fast)
