Anyway, this sort of discussion is the reason that I separate Conduct from Sponsorship, and only award [Evil] or [Good] auras from aligned Sponsorship. (Basically: Conduct is how you act, while Sponsorship is who gives you magic power(s). Sponsorship gives you an alignment descriptor; all Conduct can do is cause your Sponsor to cut you off. Conduct in and of itself cannot give you an alignment descriptor.)
But that's my house rules.
