That is a very good archer in game terms, by the time they get to a high enough level to eat through arrows like that they should have other means available to them. This is a sort of gray area rules wise, something needs to change.

They might not necessarily have other means, though. Buying enchanted arrows is both costly and inefficient. It's like a Fighter buying a +5 Sword that will disintegrate after 50 swings. The cost in gold is so outrageously high it's ludicrious to expect an archer to shell out 50k for a new set of arrows that he is going to eat through in one combat just so he can get through DR. This is what makes GMW so handy.

If they changed the way missile weapons worked v. DR, then it wouldn't be an issue.

Change sneak attack. Why in the world can't a human (or any other rogue without lowlight or darkvision) sneak attack at night. It makes no bloody sense. Should races not so gifted as to be able to see in the dark commit all their robberies and assassinations at high noon?
