If it weren't for these boards, I never would have picked up Of Sound Mind--nor would I have ever found the best gaming store in the area, Games Plus. These boards make me so happy...*smiles at computer and blows it a kiss, stroking the side of the monitor lovingly*

Hooray!

Course you have to thanks me a little for helping you out huh Hal? :) I mean without me...well maybe you'd be alright! ;)

Actually I do...Nightfall and a few others have been wonderful to talk to as well as very strong followers of our company, which I am indeed grateful. So thanks ENWorld board for embracing us, we are happy to be here :D

<<<so now go buy Bluffside>>>

I wasn't a huge Realms fan, but I purchased the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting based on praise that I read here. Likewise, I purchased the PDF downloads The Book of Eldritch Might and Librium Equitis, Volume One. I especially liked the FRCS, but haven't been dissapointed by any of these products.

I'm considering Spycraft and Freeport: City of Adventure.

On the downside, I visited the Timecube Guy's website because it was mentioned here. I still have a headache, you miserable bastards.

The three Core Books, not by the Reviews but by the pages itself especially Daemonforge.

KoK because of the detailed critic not because of the ratings.
R&R because of the Reviews
Geneavue because of what waswritten in the board, the critic was harsh but the description I know I would like it when it was good made.

But I almost never buy an RPG Book before skipping it, often Reading it at parts( this is the it looks good, lets see if it is good part)

Of Sound Mind. It was one of those things that sounded pretty cool when I first heard about it, but wouldn't be of much use to me in the forseeable future (as my players' PCs are around 11th level now), so I wasn't in any real hurry to pick it up. Then all the praise kept piling up. The final straw was when one of the Fiery Dragon Press guys got on the d20 Publishers forum and announced that these things were selling out FAST--I knew I didn't want to have the opportunity to pick up Piratecat's opus pass me by, so I picked up the last copy in my local gaming store.

A thing of beauty, let me tell you. As I had expected, I still haven't used it in my campaign, but it'll sit on my shelf waiting for the next time I start up a new campaign for sure. And even if I never get to actually run the adventure, I'm still glad I purchased it--I got my money's worth just reading through it!

Excellent job, Piratecat!

Thank you! Considering how good your work consistently is, that praise means a tremendous amount. You may find out that OSM 2 & 3 are better suited for your group's levels.

Hooray - shameless self-promotion pays off!
