What rules has your group changed?

Ok, last week I started a thread in the 4e forum about what rules your group ignore outright in 4th edition.

Now, I would like to know what rules your group has changed and the reason why. I'm really not looking for fan creations or additional rules. I'm looking things like "My group changed Magic Item dailies to encounter powers because of this...."

My group has given humans two Attribute bonuses instead of one. We feel that the human traits are not enough when compared to other racial features and that humans were not picked because people wanted every plus then could get. We've found that the third At-Will choice is hardly ever used. The extra feat is nice but almost all the races have extra feats built in. The extra skill is nice but doesn't have much of an impact on the character.

We allow a one square charge (that doesn't get the +1 or other charge bonuses) termed lunge so it doesn't get confusing. We just felt that the "dead zone" was too artificial (A dazes B; if A walks 2 or more squares away B can charge and attack him, but if A only moves 1 square B can attack him).

I like that alot. Because you are right, if you are dazed and a 1 square Move away you can't attack a foe but you can 2-6 squares if you charge.
