You plan on taking more templar levels? If you do then extra smite I think would be the way to go, if not then I'd go with greater resilency.

Just of my own curiousity, what is the Forsaken PrC?

I'm not sure why he has it because it's useless to him. It's out of Masters of the Wild. To get in and use it's abilities you have to never use any magic again. THis includes magical items , and spells (casting them or having them cast on you). Basically, it's a throwback to the firsat edition barbarian who destroyed magical items. The Forsaker has a DR, but you need to destroy magic to be able to get to use it. It's a pretty good class but not one to be taken on a whim.

It is a different prestige class. I would not touch the Forsaker with a 10ft pole. Especially a magical pole. This is my own creation. Its a prestige class sitting back in House rules from a few months ago. I posted it trying to balance it out, i'll dig gout the link for it.

Basically is it about a person who taps into the negative energy of his soul, to become stronger, slowly burning hmself away.
