I don't have any of these yet, but I suggested neverthless Libris Mortis because it is quite various in the content (both 4 players and 4 DMs), and the theme of undead is generally very common in D&D. If that's not true in your homebrew, Monster Manual 3 is generic therefore easily adaptable but also it's only for the DM, while Frostburn is various in content but it will obviously require you to set the adventures in cold places to use it.

What I am buying?

I have gotten behind on WotC stuff and I don't feel like catching up. My wish list so far is:

Mage the Awakening (this one most of all the next two maybe)
Werewolf the Forsaken
Vampire the Requiem
Masque of the Red Death (though if its anything like the free version, I might
pass)
Trinity d20
Delta Green (the newest version once it comes out)
I get really tempted when I browse Drivethru RPG (the Psiworld stuff and the
Alternate Universe Cyberpunk stuff is such a great temptation, I also want
to get a copy of FFG Virtual)

And of course: Paranoia XP, because the computer has told me that I would
be considered a good citizen if I buy it. NOT BUYING PARANOIA XP IS
TREASON. And treason is punished by immediate and lasting execution.
Have a nice day.

I was also thinking Monster Manual 3.

Funny thing is I hadn't heard too much about this before release. In other words, there wasn't a whole lot of buzz about it.
