What special feats exist for dragons?

I haven't seen the breath weapon feats, but as I understand it the way they work is that they add to the "recovery time" of the breath. So a quickened breath weapon makes it 1d4+4 rounds before the breath weapon can be used again (since a quickened spell takes up a slot four levels higher).

The Dragon Mystic PrC (like Dragons need PrCs!) has a metamagic breath weapon power, that allows them to apply Empower Spell, Enlarge Spell, Maximize Spell, or Quicken Spell to their breath weapons, that works the way Jester said.

Is that what you're thinking of?

RttToEE apparently has a Blue Dragon with a "Hover" feat...

The dragon hovers, kicking up a cloud of dust, that essentially renders anyone within it blind. It resulted in one dead Dwarf wizard, one dead Druid's Dire Wolf animal companion, an unconcious Druid and an unconcious Ranger, before the dragon was driven off. We never did actually kill it.
