Hmm. Don't know much about Midgard, but heard good things. That said at the moment I wouldn't have much interest in an evil campaign, whether themed around raiding or politics. That sounds like it rules the Viking and Drow options out, and possibly the Undead one?
By default that leaves Eberron or Greek (Theros or not?) I'd probably listen to your pitch for each and decide based on that.
(Unsure what you mean about "No pet classes". I'm guessing you mean classes that can have pets are fine as long as they don't?
Given I think almost all spellcasters are capable of getting pets through Find Familiar or other summoning spells, a broad ban on pet classes sounds like it could be an interesting way of mixing things up though.
