What Was The Best Fantasy Adventure/Campaign Of The Last 10 Years?

For published pre-packaged adventure paths, I'd nominate ENWorld's own Zeitgeist alongside WFRP 3E's The Enemy Within (which did an amazing job to be worthy of the name of the classic WFRP 1E The Enemy Within, one of the best adventure paths ever).

For sandboxes I'm going to nominate Hexenbracken and the rest of the crowd-sourced hex maps. Crowd sourcing hexcrawls gives them a much richer feel due to the diversity of voices.

And there's a lot of really good Indy stuff that runs without any pre-planned adventures at all, like Fiasco (an amazing one session filler game) or any of the Apocalypse World family (Dungeon World IMO being a weak member).

Dude, you can't recommend your own!

Why not? I didn't actually write it, Jonathan McAnulty (Wicht, on these boards) did. I only developed it, even though, yes, its mine. When I came up with the idea, I knew then, that nothing like it had ever been done before. Every reveiwer, and anyone whose mentioned to me that they ran it, said "wow" in so many words, I can't be the only person who thinks so. If it were a much more well known product, instead of a hidden gem, I might not promote it so much.

Well, I'm mainly just ribbing you, but also slightly because it's kinda gauche to answer the question "What is the best X of the last 10 years" with "mine is". :)

Yeah, I get that you were. However, in my entire life nobody ever said, "that Mike Tumey, dude, doesn't think much of himself does he?" ;)

I wouldn't call myself conceited, but I am certainly not humble. Besides, I'm not British, so there's no reason for a stiff upper lip regarding my own work.

And your stuff is definitely among the excellent, I think.

Besides, since Jools is from Japan, I thought Kaidan was especially worth mentioning. Honestly I've been dying to hear feedback from someone in Japan regarding Kaidan that have played it. Although, in my limited experience, it seems people in the "west" enjoy playing samurai, while people in Japan enjoy playing a knight in shining armor - it seems many of us are compelled in favor of settings not of our own backgrounds.
