What will be new for Poly

Lizard,

I received your email and will get back to you early next week.

Others,

When Polyhedron came to the periodicals group, we discussed a number of options in format changes, finally settling on merging it with Dungeon because it solved many important issues.

It seems to have been quite popular, so the idea of the magazine spinning into its own isn't completely outside the realm of possibility. But I wouldn't even want to _consider_ it for another year, at the very least. We're still getting people like diaglo a chance to adapt to the new situation. Wouldn't want to confuse anyone any time soon. :)

I'm really thrilled that you like the magazine so much.

You should be. The magazine made Honorable Mention for the Spelljammer: Shadow of the Spider Moon mini-game ... in the Best Campaign Setting category for the ENnies.

I mean when was the last time a magazine issue made such an honor in a category outside of the periodical category?

Of course, I have one more teensy little favor ... please try to provide a character sheet for each of your mini-game? You could post them (either made by staff or submitted by fans) on the Polyhedron web page. In fact, I have been wondering, did anybody submit fan-created characters sheets for the previous mini-games (PULP Heroes, Shadow Chasers, Spelljammer, and Thunderball Rally)?

Sorry to bump a week old thread... but I made a shadowchasers character sheet if you would like it Ranger.... Special thanks though goes to whoever did the Malls & Morons character sheet I converted into this.

Erik, you never did answer my questions, will adventures for these alternitive games like StarWars, be cutting into the mini-games page count. If so, I'm really upset about that choice. If I wanted adventures, I'd have bought Dungeon when it was just Dungeon, I never did, Now I'm a subscriber just for Poly. Please don't waste space on Adventures, make Dungeon print them, they are the Adventure mag.

Works for me, if you have a Download manager turn that off, there is a page before it does the actual file.

My plan is that no, they won't affect the length of the mini-games. I think that'll mean that the magazine's always a little bit longer, but again, we're still working this out.

I believe the proper response to this news is "woo-hoo!"
