We have recently started our first 3E campaign and have already fallen utterly in love with the system (well, I have at least, but I believe the rest shares my enthusiasm.)
But none the less, I'm already planning. An I have 3 things in mind:

1. Wheel of Time; still awaiting the adventure but I believe there are deffinately possibilities here

2. CoC; definately a change of pace. Two reservations: will the rule book be any good nd will it have an added value compared to the original rules. I want to GM the Masks of Nyarlathotep

3.Shadowrun; love the setting but I don't care too much for the system even if it fits the setting great. The only trouble is I will have to adapt the d20 system to emmanate the shadowrun feel. I wish they would mare a d20 version, but I fear that shadowrun has a fan base that is too strong to tolerate this...(although they managed CoC...)

2Eben: I do not think it has much to do with the fans. Hey, Wizkids and Fanpro are not Wizards of The Coast, they won`t typically use the systems of each other!

And though I love to play D&D or D20 and think it is one of the best systems out there, I do not think that everything has to be D20.
Shadowrun has its own feeling whis is not only associated with its background but also with its system. (And yes, I do not think the Shadowrun System is in its actual version good. But the base ideas please me...)

As per normal, I am primarily a homebrewer.

However, the next mini-session I start will probably be a Dragonstar derivative (I have some pre-existing notions of what space is like in my fantasy game, but should be able to work it in with DS.)

I am also looking to doing an OA game. I don't know if I have the wherewithal to do a straight up Rokugan game. Most likely I'll morph Rokugan and chuck it on my game map alongside my fantasy Three Kingdoms and India in my game world and make an OA setting of it.

Wheel of Time d20.

Just as an FYI - I bought this product and was dissatisfied. It is a complete RPG like Star Wars d20 so most of the book is d20 rules. The background information is better gleaned from the books or the web. Channeling is neat, but the mechanics need work (i.e. very easy to powergame a channeler). The rules to start characters in different countries are good, the classes (with the exception of the woodsman) look like they were ripped off from Star Wars d20. And as a nitpick: Aes Sedi don't have to chose an Ajah.

Basically, you are paying $40 for 40 pages of WoT gaming rules. Perhaps you think this is acceptable or even great. Perhaps you think it is a ripoff. Either way, I thought I'd give you a heads up.

I'd like to try a Dragonstar campaign. That or maybe Fading Suns. Of course I don't have either of those books yet.

I'm really suprised no one has mentioned Series Archer... that's the next on my list. It will be a nice change, from the looks of the Preview that was posted... Since we don't have a D20 Top Secret, it may fill the void.

(On the topic of Shadowrun D20, I would -love- to see this, but it's not going to happen based on info from Wizkids/Fanpro. It wouldn't be too difficult to do, use the WP/Vitality system, change the whole dice pool mechanic to a type of save, or use the action dice from Series Archer... it could be done, in fact, I've been playing with the idea for a few months now. Maybe once I get it somewhat comprehensable I'll post my notes on it.)

Sorry to semi-hijack, back to your regularly schedule posts!
