High Elf Kensai 9/Champion 11
Long Sword
Fighting Styles: Blindfighting, Interception
Feats: Elven Accuracy, Slasher, Mobile, Lucky, Fey Touched (spell?)
Cantrip: Booming Blade
Alternately go to Champion 15 to get increased critical range, which would mean a 39% chance of crit whenever you have advantage.
