Some more ideas:

All Mounted! The campaign would take place over vast fields, hills, and valleys instead of in dungeons or crowded forests.

All Entertainers! Everyone takes the Entertainer Background, and is part of a band.

All Cursed! Everyone chooses races, backgrounds, or subclasses that are curse-themed: warlocks, Haunted Background, Path of the Beast Barbarian...

In our "must be at least 1 level of bard game" that was what we did - Bardic Inspiration floating around always and everyone had healing word so nobody was down for long.

I ran a one shot with a party of all warlocks. They were team "Lockdown!", a super hero squad fighting injustice.

Including the following codenames:

1) Matlock - A super investigator
2) Masterlock - A highly trained thief
3) Goldilocks - An insanely beautiful mistress of persuasion
4) Warlock - A combat focused battlemaster

No. One my AL session had all paladins. It was fun. It could be nuke a pc and before they started death saves, the other other paladin would heal them.
