I voted:
- more adventures
- NPCs (which I include Critical Threats)
- Other

"Other" includes:
- mini adventure locations (chasm, strange room, etc)
- Maps of Mystery
- Backdrop locations: fully fleshed out and mapped (like cities, etc)
Polyhedron with d20 mini-games back?
The poll asked about Dungeon Magazine, not Polyhedron Magazine. In any case, a standalone might actually be aimed toward the proper target market.

Plot hooks, and lists of things.

Things such as NPC names, traits, quirks, phrases and appearances. Adjectives for describing different environments (underground, forest, cities, etc). Interesting or useful (but mundane) objects to be found. Combat descriptions. Names for locations (taverns, guilds, stores, etc).

The articles in the back seem to cover some of this ground. The problem, I've found, is that while I often find them interesting, the magazine format doesn't lend itself to easy reference. It's hardly a useful time saver when you have to flip through magazines just to come up with an adjective to describe the currents of a stream.

This is asking a lot, I'm sure, and I'm probably the only one who would want to see such a thing...

Remember that example of play posted in the PHB (or is it DMG?), where it shows what the DM says and what the players say, and what was rolled and the results etc.?

I would LOVE to see transcripts of actual adventures in play. Say, for example, someone had started to play the Shackled City adventure path, and for the first adventure, someone posted what their players did, said, and/or accomplished. I find reading that kind of stuff fascinating, as I don't have a lot of exposure to different gaming groups.

Agreed (although I do have the exposure). I don't know why, but I've always loved reading those snippets out of campaigns.

On the other hand, I just can't picture it in a magazine. :(

E-Tools support files might be very useful. I tend to get more use out of supplements when I have datasets for them. But like many others, I really like Dungeon just as it is.
