i must say that when i first joined, i was surprised that there was an "in-crowd" on a site for people who, being gamers, in their real lives were most likely shunned (or at least ignored) by the "in-crowd".

whether or not it was intended that way, that's the way i saw that whole pantheon thingy. ironic. and kind of silly.

I'm not exactly an old timer, I was member 2235 or something on the old boards, but the April Fools day page sent me into tears.

I also remember the Pantheon, I never even read, but I felt sad when they went away.
