Back in August I was told by someone at AEG that it would probably be out by the end of the year. Plus, Harlock is right, they are often behind schedule.
I thought it was Acornlands, and was waiting for the official Nutkinland seal of approval.
I think a good yet simple test for a product name is to have the designers say the proposed name aloud to people who are unfamiliar with the product. Then, come back to the same people a day later and see if the can recall the name or still like it.
Perhaps the intitial question after introducing the name of the product can be :
"So, what do you think of the name?"
The next day, the question can be:
"Do you remember the name of the product, and what do you think of the name?"
In the case of Warlords of the Accordlands, it may have great ideas but the name is distracting. I keep wondering if they will have stats for Weird Al Yankovic and Judy Tenuta as accordion playing bards.
